world coming to an end ?

Seems like it is the end of everything.....The Wall Street is coming down to its heels, the global economy slowing down, terrorism at its extreme, doesn't anyone wonder if the world is coming to and end ? 

Just the other day as I was watching television eagerly listening to how big companies like Merill Lynch, Lehman, AIG and several others are on the verge of bankrupcy, my wife suddenly comments from the background as she was reading her law school books - honey, i feel like the world is coming to an end..... I really did not think about it until it finally made it through my mind, what has the world done of itself?

As if it is not enough that everything is getting so screwed up, we have some very interesting characters who are ready to rock the world with their completely delusional view of the world - Mr. McCain and Madame Palin.....
